Led by one of Hotel B’s expert mixologists, tonight you’ll learn how to prepare three delicious Peruvian cocktails. Learn how to create the classic Pisco Sour, in addition to the hotel specialties Basilico and Dirty Dakiri. Guided step-by-step instructions from your mixologist help you perfect your shaking and stirring styles. They’ll teach you the science behind each mixing technique and how to garnish each drink. Then, of course, you’ll sample your concoctions!
Coupled with each drink is a delicious tasting dish that pairs perfectly with the flavors of your cocktail. One of the hotel’s professional chefs will serve you between each drink and explain how the ingredients of the food and cocktails fuse together, creating the perfect flavor palate. Sample a savory Satay Skewer, followed by a deconstructed Caprese Salad, and rounded out with a sweet Banana Rum Cheesecake!
